Okay, so this is probably one of my favorite pictures ever. All the way there on the left is Nathan (The first of many) and he’s one of my best friends. He goes on bike rides with me, and if we aren’t married in 40 years, we’re getting married and adopting a child strictly so we can be the parents from Easy A. Then there’s Janna, and she’s also one of my best friends, and we just missed our friendaversary for the fifth year in a row. She’s a bohemian princess and almost twitter famous and I love her. And next to Janna is ANOTHER NATHAN. (The second of many) And Nathan is pretty great because he’s an amazing guitarist and he’s one of the only people I know who will sit down and actually like talk about and dissect music like I do, so naturally, major props to Nathan. Not only that, but he’s super kind and hilarious, so you can’t go wrong there at all. Next to him is Matt, and Matt is a great son of a gun. He’s got really good taste in music and he gives me rides home even though he doesn’t have to. I mistake him for his mom in church at least like once a week because they have the same haircut. And he’s basically like the brother I never got, and he’s fantastic. Next to Matt is Alyssa, and she’s basically like the sister I never got, speaking of siblings. She’s level headed and godly and crazy and we aspire to have music parties, and if you’d seen the picture we took before this one, you would know that we also both get flustered pretty easily. I love Alyssa. She’s an amazing photographer and she’s become one of my best friends over the past couple of months. Next to Alyssa is me, and you already know about me, so how about no. Next to me is Nathan. Again. This Nathan is great though because he’s got a handlebar mustache, writes with fountain pens, and he is absolutely hilarious. He made me watch The Princess Bride on Friday night because I’d never seen it, but I was ahead of the game because he was quoting a few lines ahead the whole movie, and he didn’t even get annoyed when I fell asleep. This Nathan, like the rest, is a complete goodun, and he’s fantastic. Next to Nathan is Kyle, who is basically my arch enemy, but not really, because he’s actually like my brother and I love him to death. He throws pillows at me whenever we’re on couches and I always end up winning. He used to have an afro but it’s gone now, and then the Lord said: “suck it up, Kyle.” and Kyle is basically amazing. Next to Kyle is Krista, and Krista is insane. But in a good way, because she brings out the insanity in everyone and she screams when she’s excited, and it makes you wanna scream too. Her craziness is contagious and I love it. This is the gang for the most part, although quite a few folks are missing. I just thought I’d tell you about those world famous bonfires I go to so often. I love these people with all my heart, and I don’t know if you come across best friends like this too often, but I’m very happy that I did.
